Shipping Fee

🚚 We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD per order, regardless of order size or destination.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Important Tracking Information

📍 Tracking activation may take 1–3 business days after shipment confirmation.

📍 Carrier systems occasionally require additional time to display movement updates.

📍 Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate shipping issues.

Customers may continue monitoring delivery progress through the provided tracking link.


4. International Orders, Customs & Import Fees

For international shipments, orders may be subject to local customs procedures depending on the destination country.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any:

These fees are determined by local authorities and are not collected by Thrivpure™.

Customs Delays

Thrivpure™ cannot control customs processing times and is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, modifications must be requested promptly.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests submitted within 12 hours may be approved if processing has not yet begun.

Once an order enters fulfillment or shipment preparation, cancellation requests can no longer be guaranteed.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

Customer satisfaction remains one of our highest priorities.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged during transportation:

📸 Please email clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery.

After review, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will assist in arranging a replacement shipment whenever applicable.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Thrivpure™ is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Invalid postal codes

  • Incomplete recipient information
